Since the date that our customer was due for a renewal payment, we made two attempts a
day to contact her by her cell phoneWhen she was four (4) days past due we tried to contact her at her place of employment On the seventh (7) day and tenth (10) day and fifteenth (15) and we made an attempt to contact her at her home (left a door tag saying to please call the store)After having no luck in contacting by calling her Cell, Work and Personal References, we then made an attempt at her place of employment on the seventeenth (17) dayWe also mailed a certified letter to try and make contact with herAll of this is our legal right to try and retrieve our Rental Merchandise and is acknowledged in our Rental Purchase Agreements.
As per the Rental Purchase Agreement that she signed and received a copy of on 8/12/and 8/13/when she agreed to the terms of the contract is states that…
