I bought homeowner's insurance from Farm Bureau for a home we closed on 3/10/I came to find out they Farm Bureau will not insure a certain price homeInstead they pawned me off to *** *** ***, through Tim Parkman, INCFirst, they cancelled my insurance for nonpayment without letting me know escrow and/or closing did not take care of the fees as I was under the impression they wouldI sent them a rather large sum of money which should have paid for 4-mosToday (4/21/2016) I get a cancellation notice for my policy because there were no rails on the steps going to my poolThey knew this when they took the property onIn addition, they added almost $to the annual policy price AND cancelled the alarm discountThese people are nutsI'd bet the money I have paid them is gone when I ask for a refund

For y 2014/insurance coverage my bank chose TPII had Allstate to start coverage Sept and informed TPI I wish to cancelBoth premiums can out if my escrow between Sept 1st and 15thTPI kept saying my local agent must submit a signed statement on the agent's letterhead yo cancel the policyThis was done timesTPI says check cut for escrow refund 10-20-and mailed 10-21-to my bank miles awayIt's 10-and no checkThis all started in the first part of September now because of the inaction and delays of TPI I must pay a higher mortgage payment each monthI never authorized TPI renew my policy/take out payment for my 2015/insurance policyI would never recommend them and I am considering calling the MS State Insurance Commissioner
