About five months ago, I started this $contract with Tim Quinn. He promised on January 23, to deliver the product and service within five weeksBut he kept delaying the project and couldn’t show any valid proof of the progress to meI tried to be patient and gave him more time to finish the jobBy March 3rd, I’ve paid him $On March 27, he finally claimed everything was built and ready for installationBut he didn’t show up on the day when the installation was scheduledLater, he mentioned he couldn’t work on this project anymore due to medical issues and the cabinets were not ready at allHe said he would send me a full refund but needed some timeI tried to be patient again and convince myself to trust him againBut until May 19, I didn’t receive any refund from him even after I told him I would go for legal optionsHe claimed he couldn’t do any work due to medical issues, but there’s still new customer reviews posted about his recent jobs on website [1]Every piece of the facts pointed to me that this is a scam criminal case and I lost all the trust to TimIn order to protect my rights and get my money back, I reported this case to the police and filed complaint on website [1] and on Revdex.comPolice also agreed that we should treat this as a scam criminal case based on the factsAfter the police contacted him for the first time on May 13, he told the police he would refund the first $within one week and refund the remaining $in the second weekBut in fact, he refunded only $and nothing afterwards until the police contacted him for the second time on May Tim told the police that this time he would send me $on that day, then another $the next day and the last $before May But until today, June 9th, he still hasn't sent the last $to me yetThere's no single instance that he fulfilled his promise on time till todayI have used many contractors and service providers in my life, and I haven't encountered a scam case like this. In summary, here's the list of promises he made and the actual facts: On January 23, Tim promised the job will be completed within five weeks, but until today after five months, there's no service or product he delivered for this jobOn March 27, Tim promised everything was built and ready for installation, but he cancelled the installation and claimed it was not ready for installation at all Tim claimed he couldn't do any work due to medical issue, but he continued to work on other projects but mineOn April 19, Tim promised to return all the money, but till today, there's still $not refunded, even after legal option is engagedOn May 13, Tim promised to the police that he would refund the first $within the first week and the remaining $in the second week, but he only refunded $On May 25, Tim promised to the police that he would send the remaining $by May 31, but only $was sent by now June [1] ***

the customer of my situation and Told her I would Refund all her money. I said it would take me some time. To date I have refunded $3000.00 and will have the final $1000.00 as soon as I can. She stated that I was unreachable which is not accurate. I returned every text that I received that wasn’t a threat or an insult. She has come after me in every way she can from the [redacted] police calling me and through [redacted] web site. I have responded every time. I want nothing more than to pay her and be done.
