I Sohan Gill refuse this offer because he said the roof needed lot more work he wanted least $after he made big hole in the roof (he should have stuck with his estimate ) + he refuse to cover it & it suppose to rain that night (but I had call *** *** to cover the roof with & they did it the photos are attached ) Also he said he got paid $& that's lye he's got paid $his invoice is attached so he should come with full refund +re fix the steps or replace itIf any child or adult get hurt I will I mean I will SUE himI Still strongly recommend Revdex.com to contact *** *** person's name *** *** telephone # ###-###-####Thank You. Revdex.com spoke with the company who advised he was hired to do stair, screening, and roof repair, via a subcontractor.  The consumer's stairs were completed and installed with the hand rails. didn't have the money to install the recommended pad to just do the best he could.  The screen was also completed for the upper porch, seven windows, ~ 6'x 3'.  When the subcontractor inspected the roof there was more damaged then was initially visible.  The subcontractor advised the consumer that the repair he was asking for was a bandaid repair and couldn't be completed because it was illegal to have more then 3 layers, this roof has 5 layers. Consumer obtained another contractor who did not pull the necessary building permit but did a bandaid repair for the roof. The next call regarding this matter will be a phone call to my attorney, as the amount the consumer is seeking doesn't add up.  I don't understand where the $2800 figure is coming from as the consumer was only charged $1200 for the work I completed.
