We contracted Guaranteed Foundation to repair our house at *** *** ** *** ** *** We got three quotes from different foundation repair company's each quoting over plus piers to level the house back to near original level Guaranteed Foundation said they would put in piers, they put in piers and said it was done The house is not leveled, we got a second engineer report to measure up and the house is not leveled You can walk into the house and the bedrooms are all tilted so it is not even leveled Guaranteed Foundation did not finish the job and they demanded the rest of the $5K They said they are finished and they want their money This is unfair business practice Basically bait and switch The house is not done and we can not remodel without the foundation being repaired by a reputable company, not by Guaranteed Foundation We told the owner we will pay the $5K when the job is done, the job is not even close to being done

When I contacted them to discuss the new proposal, I mentioned that the diagram you provided showing where the repairs were needed was essentially the same area that had been previously repaired in When I asked about this being covered under your warranty, they said they would have to have a plumbing test done and would contact me with those resultsSince that time, they have failed to provide the results and have not returned numerous phone callsOn one occasion, they did answer the phone and told me there was a plumbing issue and that they would send me those results the following dayHowever, no results have been provided and there has been no contact with me since that time
