Buyer BEWARE! This guy is not licensed and we probably wouldn't of even figured it out except that he did such a horrible unprofessional job that we had to check him out....I'm sick that we didnt do our homework ahead of time, but at least maybe I can save someone else the headache we are going thru....He used an old wood board to stabalize our pergola and his men drilled a hole they never used into our house. Then the Sunsetter shades they put up were the wrong size because he never measured them and the electrical boxes he is using for the motors are huge and not suppose to be used for residential. The electrical chords are hanging and not tacked up. He left cigaret butts all over the place. I could go on and on...please stay away from this guy!

[redacted], of Tim and Son’s Home Improvement, is a smooth talking sales person, but his followup leaves much to be desired, especially if you have any problems with his work. He will ask for half the money down before ordering SunSetter Awnings or other work materials and this may be alright, but do not, I repeat, do not give him any more money (not another penny) until all the work has been totally completed to your satisfaction. This is your only leverage to get him to complete the job. He installed my SunSetter Awning and left a gap between the roof and the awning. Rain runs off the roof by my back door making the back porch unuseable during a rain. He also put good siding on my house, but he covered the window weep holes and every time it rains the water drains down in between the new and old siding, leading to a major mold problem. I have to pay another contractor to fix this problem because [redacted] has been unresponsive to the dozens of phone calls. I also called SunSetter Awning and even they could not get him to fix the awning problem which I am going to have try to fix this myself. He lied to me many times and he even lied to the SunSetter Awning representative. If you can find another contractor, you will be better off.
