Everything was explained to Mr*** from the beginning that we would not be taking his current vehicle in on tradeThere was no misleading information or coaching on our partWe are in continuous contact with Mr*** and his wife to help him with this situation

We had the truck brought back and fixed every issue to the customer's satisfactionWhile we had the vehicle for days, we loaned the customer a full size sedan for their useThe repair estimate the customer had done was from his own
place of employment, the vehicle passed the Amvic inspection from a 3rd party inspection facility in EdmontonTo help the customer out prior to delivery, we paid out a loan for them (of over $5000) and paid their fines of over $They customer's have been great to deal with!

On February 9/*** *** came onto our lot looking for a vehicle that was better on gas than his truckWe had nothing at the time that we could offer himAt the end of February we received a 4x*** *** in on tradeIt was exactly what Mr*** and his family were looking
forOn March 4, he signed the paper work and left very happyOver the next couple days he started to complain about the vehicleThe complaint was that the heater on the *** *** only work on medium and high, and not on lowWe got it fixed the next dayMr *** and his family stayed here all day, drank coffee, and conversed with all the staff here, met everyone and left again very happy. On March *** started to call to times a day, he sounded very intoxicated during these callsHe was very rude to all the staff when he calledHe then phoned Eddie the owner and complained about the vehicle, and that he knows we offer financing and wanted something newer with less kmWe received an approval and Mr*** bought a *** ***We arranged the insurance for him with a lower insurance quote through one of our insurance partners, paid for the registration, made the down payment for him that the bank required, and gave him a total of cash backHe stayed at our office all day, spoke with everyone, thanked everyone and left very happy. Shortly after he would call Marvin directly and used foul language and used racist slurs to try to get into something else*** then called back the next day to apologize and as to have the seat belt and tires looked atMarvin ask him to come directly to us to he can verify himself and set up an appointment to evaluate the tires and seat beltMr*** did not come inThe next day he asked to speak with Marvin and went off on him again with more profanity and racist slursAgain, Mr*** sounded to be very intoxicated on the phone Due to the treatment of our staff, extreme profanity, and racist comments, we do not see any reason to continue trying to help Mr***

Our Controller was out of the country for the month of August, she handles all the forwarding of documents. Due to privacy laws and personal information, all documents are locked up in a secure filing cabinet with very limited allowable access (yes, even monkeys are denied...

am rejecting this response because: I fully told Marve that there was no way that I could afford the payments and he told me that he would call me the next day to see what he could do. I then received a call to accept the vehicle or not, I then asked what about the trade in and was told to let the other vehicle go into reposition because I would have good credit with the future bank of the new vehicle [redacted]. I was very uneasy about the vehicle and asked if eddies auto was picking up the other vehicle and they told me after I signed for it, it was my responsibility and that since I read the documents and signed it was no longer there responsibility. Eddies auto did contact me for pictures to see if it can be sold but at the same time the bank of [redacted] has bein phoning for there payments and I cannot afford to pay for both its a bad predicament iam in and I'm trying to find a solution.
