As stated previously, Yolanda was provided with a 6 month refund, which is all we had access to. If it is necessary for the complainant file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, we are prepared with the necessary information to prove our position.

On 6/10/2015, one of our TrapCall Technical Support representatives received a call from the complainant who stated she was consistently billed from our service. He was unable to locate any record of the complainant contacting Technical Support via phone, email, or Live Chat. However, after locating...

the account, he recognized that the service had not been used, but the card on file had been billed. The representative was willing to, and did provide a full refund for transactions within a 6 month time frame. In the complaint, the cardholder claimed the transactions were fraudulent, however they also stated that the "service does not work and it does not do what it claims in their advertisement", which appears to be a clear contradiction. In order for anyone to sign up with TrapCall, they need to provide the full card number, including the expiration date and CVV number, as well as the registered billing address. The complainant's email address was also registered to the TrapCall account, so any correspondence we sent during this time frame would have been received. We pride ourselves on being professional, as well as assisting in resolving an issue we're presented with.

I am rejecting this response because: the people from trap call would not be telling the truth about there business practice. For the account that I had with the company was terminated immediately and never reactivated on my behalf the guy I spoke with over the phone even admit that I didn't have an acct with them and should never had been billed or money taken from my account I was on the phone with direct express card service fraud dept and the lady heard the entire conversation between us my acct was in 2013 and cancelled in 2013 the service does not work or the app does not work. The app is suppose to reveal a blocked or private number when someone calls your phone and it does do that are giving false advertising a to what the app would even with having the app on my phone I was still recv block, unknown, restricted, and private phone call. The app did not reveal the parties, company, or location of caller as it stated in the advertising. The account was immediately term. And a year later they started taking money from my acct after I cancelled the next month after no success with the app I have my statements and recorded phone call with direct express fraud dept and a rep from trap call have also filed a complaint with the fed trade Comm. I have no reason to lie
