Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below TWalford removed our old shingles and felt at least 2' back on the entire perimeter of home to replace all our bad wood 11-1-at 10:am TWalford Text and Two pictures show the new Eave he nailed into the dry rot Rafter tail ***, Termite man found one board with dry rot It is at the front of the house above bathroom window Needs about inches cut off and new 2Xnailed on like [redacted] did on south side of our house Thanks, *** 1-1-at 10:46am Telephone Call from TWalford about Text and Two pictures show new Eave he nailed into the dry rot Rafter tail TWalford said, put Bondo on it [redacted] said, what about contract, TWalford interrupts, he would need to remove We would need to pay all TWalford telephone call indicated, he was not honoring his written warranty, 'all work guaranteed for year' This is why filed Complaint on 11-1- We thought your intervention, would inspire him to 'Honor His Warranty and Fix His Incomplete Work' Refer to 11-1-Text about [redacted] did on south side of our house We feel our additional information supports, Truth in our Complaint During our project, Exact Same Incomplete Work happened We noticed he missed replacing two dry rot Rafter tails, on the south side of house These dry rot Rafter tails did have our old shingles and felt removed from them And, he had nailed new Eaves into the two dry rot Rafter tails Also, he had nailed new Felt and new Shingles into all the boards He wanted to put Bondo on the two dry rot Rafter tails We had to stand VERY FIRM about replacing the two dry rot Rafter tails Only then, he removed the new Felt and new Shingles, and replaced the two dry rot Rafter tails Too, we owed him over $3, [redacted]
First we did not rip roof down to woodAnd the wood I replace on the edge & faca was replace at T&MAfter I was done they called in termite guy of course if you poke around long enough you will find more bad woodI was ask to come back but I was bizzy & I try to call them several times & texNo response and I never saw the spot they were talking about.Tim Walford Pres
