Review: Incompetent staff, little to no communication. Multiple issues blamed on customer rather than resolve by company. Overall terrible experience, owner no where to be found during a 200,000+ renovation. Lack of expectations set and extremely sloppy workers, (electric and plumbing only.)Desired Settlement: Completion of job asap, clean up and removal of all debris/garbage.
