Tim's Auto Body

I am responding to the complaint ID *** placed by Ms*** We are aware of the complaints from Ms*** as she has called numerous times to inform us of her unhappiness Tim's Auto Body fixed mMs***' car per the estimate as contracted When Ms*** picked
up her car she willing paid the $deductable as well as $for the betterment of her tireTim's Auto Body was not given the chance to correct Ms***' issues of "dust in the vent and around the seat recliner handle." per Ms*** Ms*** took it upon herself to correct these issues elsewhere An alignment was completed on Ms***' car as part of the estimate for $but after driving hours that could be skewed from hitting a pot hole or driving on rough roads I understand this was overall bad experience for Ms*** having to drive so far to pick up her car and the cost of that but Tim's Auto Body cleaned her car after it was finished in which we do not get paid to do Also, our secretary Kim drove minutes one way to the shop on her day off to accommodate Ms*** to be able to pick up her car on a Saturday (Which Tim's Auto Body is closed on Saturdays) Everybody's expectations are different but our responsibility is to fix the care pare the estimate which we did If there is any further damage found after the fact then a supplement has to be submitted to the insurance company to compete the additional work.Thank you, Melissa

My family and I had a great experience with Tim's Auto Body! The front office staff was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and made the repair process of our vehicle flow extremely smooth!!! The Girl at the front desk, I believe her name is Kimmy, was extremely pleasant, kept me informed, and even set up my rental carWhen we Picked up our car after a week repair it was Immaculate!! looked like it was new againThanks guys, keep up the good work!!!
