Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Tim is lying through his teethThere are several discrepancies with his storyIt was a set of stock rims and snow tires he could still sell easily, not just *** tires*** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** * *** *** *** ** ** ** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** ( redacted by Revdex.com) Our time period of just a friendship is much longer, and the time stamp on the *** *** *** *** ** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** (redacted by Revdex.com).
I have witness to the throttle body clean, and Tim discussing itNOT AN INJECTOR FLUSHObviously, *** *** *** *** *** *** *** (Redacted by Revdex.com)I made several trips back and forth to republic because of complaints and car issuesI even have another dealership appointment this morning to fix the brakes installed by Tim on 4/27/2015, which have been squealing and have now set off more codes for service the stability system, ABS light, and now traction control, and deal with the over fueling issue still from the throttle body
I have the melted boot with his shop's fingerprints all over it
The price on the ***s were $a piece just for the parts, which I needed 2, and no labor was added so i'm not sure where Tim made up that number of $On file at *** ***
Also on file, was my complete inspection of the car at purchase by the *** garage at *** *** ***, with witness and receiptAlong with the complete Carfax in my glove box, and most service receipts such as regular oil changesI CHECKED THE CAR BEFORE I BOUGHT IT COMPLETELYI had to only replace a hazard switch
The car was inspected with documentation at ***'s *** in Okanogan, where I would have routine oil changes
The car was inspected with documentation at *** *** just prior to being worked on at Tire Pros in Republic
So my car's health and history WERE DOCUMENTED
Tim did the diagnosis of the warped rotors over the phone, not by driving itand his *** sent me out that waythey didn't even take my car for a test drive
Tim did not over see any of the work, he sat in his officeHe had a tire pro execoverseeing him and his *** for most of one day, then taxes. I cleaned his waiting room
I will be scanning receipts, and facebook emails and textsAnd will be getting statements from witnesses
I am not sue happy, hence me contacting the Revdex.com, I think Tim was referring to me being a victim of DV, and I tried to get just my property back even though my injuries required surgeriespoor taste on tim's part trying to bash a victim
And if *** *** could find the parts, not sure how Republic couldn'tBesides, tim was asked for the parts to be shipped to Republic *** for him to purchase for warrantyI'm still left with failed ***s/wrong ***s
And Tim had prior knowledge of the part #'s, and was asked if they were the correct parts before installThey were notThis is Tim's *** to know. One *** failed, and the *** company thinks it may be due to mechanic installThe other tire pros said Tim should have known they were the incorrect ***, from ***'s Tire Pros in ***, looked it up right on the web site, that Tim has access tooIt was even stated to me that there was an issue going on during install and they had to call the *** company to figure it out, something to do with the chip I believe
on 3/9/2015, Tim sent me out of the shop with a car that bounced on braking, and veered to the rightThis is the same day I paid for an alignmentThen came the diagnosis over the phone about warped rotors, I'm sorry, but pure negligence if they didn't see that repair needed to be done in the first place, and sent me out the door
And, when I stated I only had $cash with me that day, until Thursday, one, I had already dropped quite a bit of money on coming back for their screw ups, and 2, I was told the throttle body clean was around $70, and I was there for them to fix mistakes againTim had no problem at the time working with me on money or on account, because I had asked prior, but I paid him cash every time, in full, besides, my bill from that day only added up to $
The prior documentation to the car speaks volumes, the damages to my car now are still adding up, and all signs point to tim's negligence
He blocked all contact, even at the ***, when I was just dealing with the failed ***/wrong ***s, he even denied me my information
Tim never drove my car as he stated, and if he did, I would not have been sent out with a bouncing and veering car to begin with from the *** installHe only took one short drive with me, which he should have recognized at that point the need to change spark plugs, the noise I was complaining of was a wheel bearing, and the bounce and shimmy, and all of the extra codes that had gone off in the car after they changed my softer winter tires to my new regular tires.4/20/
Most of my complaints and service was not documented at all by tire pros.Sincerely,*** ***

I responded
Tim is lying
He mis-diagnosed my car, failed to put the correct ***s on my car which is his *** and profession, his job to know, did poor work, or did not do the work at all, did unnecessary work and caused major damage
He lied about our friendship, about our history, about our contact, about our communication
He failed to fix the complaints I had immediately after leaving his ***
He refused me my informationAlong with his manager Karl
He lied about my car history, *** *** *** is sending me their report from when I purchased the car last yearThe car’s previous owner had oil change services done there as wellI will be scanning and sending the car fax I have alsoThe title was not wrote on as is, so there was no worry of there being damage to the car, it was in good condition upon my purchaseit was, key words
He kept things off the bookHe failed to document his services
My diagnosis for the car, was for rear ***sNot frontSunrise *** said it may be one rear *** or both they had to replace, but was not sure until they got into the jobI had accidently typed front in my complaint to the Revdex.comI took the diagnosis to TimHe wanted to inspect my carI drove up on February 12, to Tire Pros in Republic, and Tim inspected my car, he said it wasn’t the rear, as diagnosed by the dealership, he said it was the fronts. He *** *** ** *** * *** ** ** *** (Redacted by Revdex.com)during the diagnosis, had his daughter, and drove off with her to a party and not home, which I thought was poor judgment on his part
And for an car that was running not as smooth as it should, Spark Plugs would have been the first stepNot a throttle body clean, which he has lied about and stated fuel injector flush, which any girl such as me, can run injector cleaner through, which I already had! AND TOLD HIM SOPlus, I gave him an oil treatment to add that day, that was not mentioned, and the gallon of oil disappeared out of my trunk, along with my accessory on the back of the console was broken
I have since called city hall in Republic and reminded them of HIPPA laws, and the ladies were made aware Tim named them in calling him to report I had called and inquiredThe stories were straightened out, and they were more helpful the 2nd time around, and didn’t seem happy being ratted onThey suggested I contact the Sheriffs dept, and I have done soOddly enough, this is where Tim’s ** ***, the *** of *** ***, and *** *** “***”/*** *** *** *** *** *** *** (Redacted by Revdex.com), and was willing to help in any way she canFerry County Sheriffs Dept
FYI, my rear ***s are leaking, still in need of the original replacement diagnosis, and now the one air ride bag is completely blown, and damage to the otherI had to purchase a temporary used tire, I had to purchase new tires because of damage done to the front tire was too bad to align again, that I originally paid for, 3/09/2016, and immediately complained about a bounce on braking and veering to TimHe made his diagnosis over a text rather than driving it, finally on April 13, 1016, “probably warped rotors” Why wasn’t that noticed in his shop when they had everything apart, inspected it, and had driven it like they were supposed too? just like the brakes that needed replaced badly, and the missed wheel bearing that was out, or the evap leak I drove back up to his shop with?
Poor service indeed
The tires I had to replace were newThe damage and wear caused by tim and his shop installing the wrong ***s, he states one failed after installation, not sure if I trust his diagnosis or not now, and probably failed due to mechanic install is what the *** *** company said, all of the miles back and forth to republic for him to fix his work/mistakes/things they missed, all of the miles back and forth to the dealership garage, and to the tire shop
he has cost me a lot of money, along with a trip to the ER with a nerve issue with my neck caused by stress, leading to a neck collar for weeks, and prednisone steroids(spasmodic torticollis.)
So I’m left with needing ***s all the way around on my car.....air ride damagesets of tires.....a stack of bills.....etc
I can’t believe he has acted so unprofessional, and has been so stupid
He endangered my life, and other people on the road if my car had (or does) “malfunction”
Tire Pros needs to stand behind their name too if someone is operating under it
disgusting
Thank You
2nd response:
only a turn signal stayed on because of the hazard switch being out, that was replaced, and the windshield wipers were affected by it as well
they did a complete inspection of the carnothing was found
I had prior history of the carI’m not uneducatedTim lied to the Revdex.comThe *** report was in the car every time it was in his shopHe knew I had done my homework on the car, not sure why he chose to lie
here is the title as well, that does not state AS IS, indicating the car’s good health and condition by the previous ownerI respected the seller’s privacy by hiding their info with a post it note

We didn’t do a tune up as recommended do to the fact she told me only had two hundred dollars which she assumed that I would carry her till she received some more funds of coarse I’m in no position to doSee attachments of invoices and cellphone correspondence she talked to me once or twice on my *** phone the rest of the time via the messages sent to me she claims that I told her I would warranty the parts which is not the case shes made accusations of things that are not even remotely related to the repairs we performedShe states that we left bolts out of her throttle body and states we never performed an alignment, as well as made numerous calls to other tire pro dealers which I work closely with that know my operation, claiming that we all smoke marijuana and drink on the jobShe even called the city hall and stated the same I own a *** in a small town that I’m very well known and thought very highly ofI know that because the people she contacted here immediately contacted me. My shop received diamond award from Tire Pros this year and we do the best to take care of our customersMs*** is looking for someone to sue she has a history of this behavior and she threatened to take me to courtI’ve known *** since the first time I ever met her, I’ve talked the most or for times in that period*** purchased a used car with no history of any maintenance. All her vehicle issues are not related to the things we didAs you will see from other statement she has made to me in her textsShe claims we left a bolt loose in the throttle bodyWe never touched the throttle body we did a fuel injector clean which is a simple procedureHook up the pressurized container with solvent to the fuel rail pull the fuel pump relay and let the motor run on the solvent till its done, nothing was taken apart like she states
