Reply to mr.***'s complaint from Tim:In late May, Mr*** looked at and test drove rv'sHe agreed to purchase the ExecutiveHe saw the condition of vehicle including taillights, turn signals and windshieldHe paid for it with a cashier's check for $11,I gave him the title and he insured and registered itHe accepted delivery of vehicle and drove it to Albuquerque Emissions.I agreed to repair windshield, taillights, turn signals and perform systems check which I didI made all repairs as promptly as garage could accomplish A water leak was found and repairedDuring this time Mr*** had no complaints regarding the work being done or the time frame in which repairs were being made. The repairs were completed on June On June 15, Mr*** texted me that he was having personal problems and could not pick up the vehicle I said that was fineHe texted again on June stating he still had "personal stuff going down" and could not pick it up yet, I said fineOn June he texted he was "having trouble with the tax man" and would communicate with me the next dayI did not charge Mr*** for storage of the vehicleOn June he stated that his needs had changed due to his daughter's illness and that he no longer wanted the rvHe wanted a complete refund even though I had already spent $to make repairs. In an effort to help Mr*** since he had so many personal problems, I offered to take the rv back and give him a GMC Envoy that he had already looked at and likedHe agreed to do this trade if I also gave him $and had inspection for " check engine" lightI took vehicle to Albuquerque Emissions and subsequently to Galles ChevroletI learned repairs would cost around $from Galles, I texted this information to Mr*** and he said to go ahead and have Galles make repairs at my cost and he would agree to the deal afforementioned.Galles was unable to make repairs in the time frame they told me originallyThey delayed repairing the vehicle several timesI kept Mr*** informed on the status of the vehicle each time and gave him the mechanic's phone number in case he would like to call GallesOn July Mr*** demanded the check for $I told him that when the Envoy repairs were complete we would then have to complete purchase paperwork, switch titles and complete cash paymentGalles called with another delay and on July Mr*** sent an angry text demanding $11,backI am out $on repairs for both vehicles in order to try to satisfy Mr***Both vehicles were well priced for fair market valueI think that Mr*** did not really know what he wanted and his buyer's remorse caused me to make repairs that could have been done cheaper and are usually made by the customer after purchase I usually agree to repair before purchase and then price is agreed upon in negotiation process.I have done everything within my control to satisfy this customer at my expense to no availI would like to now offer him a refund of $9,This is more than fair Sincerely, Tim M***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:On May 25, I agreed to purchase a RV Executive by Monico listed in EXCELLENT CONDITION, and it would be ready in ONE WEEKThe agreed upon price of $The right side windshield needed to be replaced.Three weeks later I contacted the Revdex.com and started the complaint processAfter learning the tail lights, turn signals needed repairing and a leak in the plumbing had been discovered I no longer wanted the RV, and that it was represented as in EXCELLENT CONDITION and it wasn't, I think I should be allowed an outTim Mc Callister told me to come back and look at a van conversion, I went and looked at what he had and found a GMC Envoy for $I liked it but it's check engine light was onTim agreed to do what's needed to fix that and I gave him a week to get it doneAlong with a check for $I withdrew my complaint based upon things, GMC with check engine light off. Check for the balance of $I would receive these by today 07/08/Now Tim says it won't be ready until MondayI've lost faith in Tim's products and his honesty, I have been more than reasonable, but no more. I want all the money I gave TimI no longer want anything to do with Tim M*** and I want to restart my complaintLet me know if I can provide anything more.*** * ***
