[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The reason the zipper got caught was because this business removed the zipper and put it back in incorrectlyI tried the dress on MULTIPLE times before it was altered and NEVER had an issue with this zipperUpon inspection you can see that the zipper was unevenly and incorrectly sewed back into the dress after it was removed by this tailorSo once I tried it on to see if the alteratikns were ok, I simply went to unzip it and it got caught so badly that the tailor had to rip the lining the get it unstuckAGAIN, I have never had an issue with the zipper until he removed it and sewed it back inAlso, the bust was sewed unevenly and puckers - it fit so poorly after these alterations that it was unwearable to the event I needed it forThe right thing for this business owner to do is refund me money for the fact that the dress is now unwearable to the point that I had to quickly find another dress to wear to the event I hadThe owner reached out to me to look at the dress -This is NOT an acceptable solution for me as it's too late - I needed the dress for a specific event that is now overI wasted an enormous amount of money and time by going to this tailorThe owner also said I was happy with other alterations which is untrueI had pants hemmed there where they charged me dollars and the hem fell out during the first time I wore themI gave them another chance with this dress which was clearly a huge mistake If the owner does not provide a refund I will consider other action against him to get my money back Regards, [redacted]

PER to miss *** *** *** about a dress that was brought in on Oct 6, 2016, for alteration, yes I charge miss *** $for the work that has to be done on the dressMiss *** thought the price was to much and told me to hold off to see if she could find a much cheaper dressMiss ***
came to pick up the ones on the 13th of OctYes some minor adjustment had to be done around the bust area of the dress, Miss *** came back for the dress she was accompanied by relative of herMiss *** tried the dress on and I assumed when she was taking the dress off the lining must have got caught in the zipper where she called her relative to help her, and damage the lining.Miss *** did not present that voucher until she was ready to pay for the dress neither I or my business partner request such a voucherThe voucher has our address but does not have the business name and we have been trying to get it off for a long time now, Miss *** is not the first customer to have brought this voucher to us and that is the first thing they show us and we let them know it is not our voucherPreviously we have done work for Miss *** and she was very happy with the work we didwe cannot refund Miss *** any money no matter what the outcome might be our reputation is very high

Upon inspection you can see that the zipper was unevenly and incorrectly sewed back into the dress after it was removed by this tailor. So once I tried it on to see if the alteratikns were ok, I simply went to unzip it and it got caught so badly that the tailor had to rip the lining the get it unstuck. AGAIN, I have never had an issue with the zipper until he removed it and sewed it back in. Also, the bust was sewed unevenly and puckers - it fit so poorly after these alterations that it was unwearable to the event I needed it for. The right thing for this business owner to do is refund me money for the fact that the dress is now unwearable to the point that I had to quickly find another dress to wear to the event I had. The owner reached out to me to look at the dress -. This is NOT an acceptable solution for me as it's too late - I needed the dress for a specific event that is now over. I wasted an enormous amount of money and time by going to this tailor. The owner also said I was happy with other alterations which is untrue. I had pants hemmed there where they charged me 35 dollars and the hem fell out during the first time I wore them. I gave them another chance with this dress which was clearly a huge mistake. 
If the owner does not provide a refund I will consider other action against him to get my money back.
