When I received the letter from the Revdex.com, I went looking for the file. I located it and saw that I had completed the report on 05/29/2016. The agreement with the client was to mail it. I thought that had occurred upon completion. Typically the...
report is emailed. It is possible that the file was filed prior to producing a copy for the client. However, a copy was mailed out to the client on 10/05/2016, with a note of apology for the trouble that has been caused. I have not received any additional communication from the client.
