Rented a property from Timber Creek, left extremely disappointed with how they manage property. Refusing to give me back damage deposit.
Rented a property from Timber Creek in Saskatoon March of 2018. ***. The first month I was there I was told we had 2 parking spaces, no one was able to tell me what the other space was. Moving out was a nightmare, provided written and emailed notices of moving out and did not sign a new rental contract but they still have it in their system as not moved out on May 15th. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get my damage deposit back but apparently the building manager has been out sick for a while.
I would like to get my damage deposit back of 1450 dollars.
The $1275.00 cheque was issued on May 23rd, 2019 and was cashed by *** on May 28th 2019.
The $200.00 cheque was issued on June 4th, 2019 and was cashed by *** on June 14th.
