Yes we changed the material from a venerecore product to a solid wood product because clients had asked us to do so which costs us more time and more money but as this client explains she didn't like the resultsI offered to make new pieces from the product we use to use but she didn't like that
idea and wants here money back which I agreed toshe wanted it picked up last week but I explained that our shipper wasn't able to pick it up but she called the company direct and it doesn't work that way and she got madIf you want me to explain it pick up the phone and call me!!! Bryan ***

Yes, I did receive a phone call from Bryan on 9/3/I was unavailable to take his callHe kindly left me two messagesOne message stated that he thought that the order was ready for shipping, and the second stated that the order would ship on 9/4/I did not receive any type of shipping confirmation, tracking information, or delivery date following that phone call on 9/3/Since it was a holiday weekend, I waited until 9/9/to follow up with the businessI again sent both emails and left voice messages requesting a shipping confirmation, tracking information, and a delivery dateTo this point, I have not yet received that from the companySince I have not received any of the requested information, I have concerns that the items were not shipped on the date that they were promised to be shippedAs I have explained to the company, I would really like the bed kit in perfect shape; however, this is a lot of money for me, and if the company cannot deliver it, I would like a refund

weve been building custom furniture for years and yes we made custom tables for *** and shipped to his home!! Ive never in years shipped a piece of furniture that had loose backs , broken drawer slides and drawers that fell off there tracks or jam during operationif *** thinks
we normally make furniture and ship it like that , well that's his prerogative to think that way it's a free countryYet I wouldn't be in business after years if that was standard practice to send defective furniture all the way across the countryThe damage absolutely and positively happened during shippingAnd I told him solutions to correct the minor damageI did indeed agree to make him new doors because he had requested solid cedar cabinets but didn't specify the doors to be solid so we made them as we have for the last yearsI did agree that I would make him new doors and sent to himThey shipped a couple weeks later and when he called on a Friday I told him they went out a few days priorHe asked for the tracking number and I replied that I would send it the next day on Saturday when I got to our shop which I did but he says he never received itI then told him I would resend it on Monday and he started swearing at me calling me a fking ae and a lying piece of st.When I got to the shop on Monday morning I sent him the tracking number that I had sent on Saturday and he started apologizing I then sent him the tracking number showing that I deleted the shipment because if somebody treats me that way after I've done everything to help him and calls me a fking ae and a lying piece of st, I'm done being nice to them.PERIOD!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:
 It's true that poor language was exchange by both parties.  I emphasize the word both. This dispute is no longer a question of language or the quality of workmanship but rather fulfillment of a contract.  I personally don't care how doors have been built for 21 years, that is not my problem. What is the problem is that I ordered solid wood furniture and didn't get it. The truth is that after checking with a UPS shipping specialist I was told that they never received a package from timber creek with my name and address.  I was also informed that the tracking number Bryan sent me was never used for any package...ever. UPS issued me a reference number to prove it. That's a fact. And yes, after UPS assured me that no package was ever picked up or in route to me I did become frustrated and worried that I was being misled. I'm sure you can understand that. I say let's be honorable, grown men and simply mail the doors and slide that Bryan says he has already made.  I am not interested in playing any ticky-tacky, he said she said games.  I am simply asking for the two solid wood doors and a replacement drawer slide that I have already been promised by Bryan.  It seems like an obvious, fair and simple solution to me.

Yes we did refund the customer 2 weeks ago!

I am rejecting this response because:  As Bryan [redacted] already posted to Revdex.com  that he will have the items shipped back to him and he will refund our money, we are looking to have him coordinate a date to return the items.  We are available from May 4 to May 10 to have the items returned.  Please let us know what date your third party shipper can arrange to pick the items up.  We are more than happy to make those arrangements if Bryan will provide us with his third party shipper phone number.  My husband did in fact call on April 17 from our home phone and received no response back. Our email of April 17 to Bryan and Bryan's response back to us on April 18 clearly indicates that.  We are not interested in a back and forth game of returning these items with Bryan.  This is pretty simple.  [redacted]
