She admitted while talking to me that she did kick the neighbor's door, but she is still a tenant She is not evicted and is still living here

I am rejecting this response
because:
I did come into the leasing office to speak to the Assistant about the issue, and took proof of my receipt, then I received a call from the apartment Manager and spoke about the issue over the phoneThen I continued to attempt to reach the Supervisor from the corporate office for the propertyNo answer or responsesI moved forward and reported to the Revdex.com due to the unprofessionalism and non urgent action(s) due to the issue at handAfter speaking to the Office manager I was informed that I will still be responsible for the partial payment from back in DecemberWhich I provided proof of and provided a copy of the receipt to the leasing office

I spoke with the consumer and she hadn’t even come to our office before she filed the Revdex.com complaintThe issue was simple and has been settledShe told me she was going to contact the Revdex.com back to update them on this, but I guess she didn’t

I spoke with the consumer and she hadn’t even come to our office before she filed the Revdex.com complaint. The issue was simple and has been settled. She told me she was going to contact the Revdex.com back to update them on this, but I guess she didn’t .
