I bought a brand new home from this company and witin 6 monthsI had mold growing in one of my closet. I called on a Sunday. He agreed to come look at it. I waited 7 hours and he never showed up. I called the next day and he shows up. Tuesday his plumber comes to look at it and cuts a hole in my dry wall and leaves it. It has now been two weeks and nothing further has been done. When I finally contacted him he has his painter to come and paint over the mold and not fix it the correct way. Also my carpet is molded over. I paid for a 2 year service warranty when I purchased the home.
