My first visit to the company was 6/29/to drop my car off at their service department as it had overheated and melted part of my splashguard and had been glowing red underneath the middle section of the carOn 7/1/we visited the business to discuss payment after the dealership's service department performed maintenance and put parts on my vehicle without my consentWe also were not happy that they had thrown away our other parts that were only put on the vehicle approximately two months prior as we would have been able to send them back under warrantyThat day we paid $before being able to leave the business with my vehicleThe parts replaced on my vehicle without consent were not part of the core problem with my vehicle as shown on the invoice given to me by KiaHowever, I was only quoted an amount to pay for the replacement of the catalytic converter, told to park the car if the check engine light came on and sent homeA few days later I discovered the Federal
On April 13, 2016, I spoke with Ms *** *** in reference to a warranty refund for a Kia Forte that I purchased from *** *** KiaOn April 26, Ms *** e-mailed me asking for my updated information stating that my warranty cancellation form was being filled out and she needed this information to mail my check once the request was processed and the check would be cutI made contact with Ms *** once via phone since April 26, at which time I was told that the budget would come in by the end of April and my check would be mailed out by the middle of MayWell, we're in the beginning of June and I have not received my check nor have I received any correspondence from Ms *** in the last week in regards to the two(2) times I attempted to find out from her what is going on with my refund check
