Following a recent snow storm, we had two tree's fall in our yardTimber Ridge was contacted to provide an estimate, and quickly provided one to remove the fallen tree's and debris The tree's were removed, but a significant amount of debris were left in the yard I have attempted to contact them by phone, email and text over a period of several daysMy contact has not been even been acknowledged They were more than happy to grind the stumps on a return visit, at their regular rate - this is completely understandable and understood from the beginningHowever, since there has been no communication, it's highly unlikely I would recommend working with themI would quite happily change this to a positive review if the initial terms of their quote and invoice are completed ASAP I am currently seeking that they comply with the initial agreement and remove the debris
I contacted Timber Ridge for the removal of some tall dead ash trees and some large maple tree branches that were hanging over my garageThey came out promptly for the estimate and did the work the next day Everything was done as requested, and the crew was both very professional and courteous All debris was cleaned up and they left my yard looking good I will definitely use Timber Ridge in the future

Turnaround time on replying to messages was under hours (sometimes way under!)We accepted our quote one evening and they were able to come out the next morning and got these four trees cleared out in about two hours! Dustin and all of his crew members were friendly and professionalThey cleaned up the site well and worked quickly while they were here
