Good morning, I tried to access complaint # [redacted] in order to respond but was unable to do soWe do take any kind of complaint seriously and wish to respond any time a homeowner is unsatisfied with our service This particular home is located in the San Francisco area, which experienced strong storms and high winds of over mph throughout the early months of We responded to many, many calls during the storms and tried to service every homeowner as quickly as possibleUnfortunately, because of the volume, some assignments just took longer than others We did respond to this particular homeowner’s request on 2/6/2017, placed a tarp on the roof and used sand bags to secure the tarp in place as other types of fasteners could have caused further damage to the roof Because of the extremely high winds the tarp eventually came looseWe then made another visit to the home on 2/8/2017, placing another tarp on it and adding more sandbagsThe winds were so strong that the crew had to tfor safety reasons at one pointStill, because of the high winds and the flat roof, which allows rain to pool, we were needed a third time Tarps do sometimes come loose no matter how well you try to secure them because tarps are only temporary solutions and this was an unfortunate occurrence that happenedWe are sorry for any inconvenience that the homeowner experiencedHowever, we did receive a customer satisfaction rating of out of from this homeowner, dated 2/24/ If you have any further questions or if I can provide any further information please feel free to contact me Thank you [redacted] ***

experienced strong storms and high winds of over 50 mph throughout the early months of 2017. We responded to many, many calls during the storms and tried to service every homeowner as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, because of the volume, some assignments just took longer than others. We did respond to this particular homeowner’s request on 2/6/2017, placed a tarp on the roof and used sand bags to secure the tarp in place as other types of fasteners could have caused further damage to the roof. Because of the extremely high winds the tarp eventually came loose. We then made another visit to the home on 2/8/2017, placing another tarp on it and adding more sandbags. The winds were so strong that the crew had to tie-in for safety reasons at one point. Still, because of the high winds and the flat roof, which allows rain to pool, we were needed a third time. Tarps do sometimes come loose no matter how well you try to secure them because tarps are only temporary solutions and this was an unfortunate occurrence that happened. We are sorry for any inconvenience that the homeowner experienced. However, we did receive a customer satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5 from this homeowner, dated 2/24/2017.
