Upon inquiring about getting a broken window in my sun room replaced, the person on the phone was immediately very frosty and unhelpful I was simply trying to get information about whether they were an authorized dealer for replacing B [redacted] sun room windows and this person treated me as if I was trying to defraud them or something I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone who was looking to have a sun room built, based on this brief but very negative encounter
