Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: It is totally false They never came to my house despite requests I discontinued service and returned my equipment in mid October NewWave continued to bill me as if I were still a customer until the end of February Their customer service rep hung up on me several times I asked them to come remove my outside equipment and they never did I cut the wires myself to get the hanging lines off my property I also have copies of the emails and it contains the same answer three times I think it was an auto-response They stated they tried to contact me by phone but the line was busy...that's because it didn't work!!!
Sincerely,

Dear Revdex.com:At Newwave we pride ourselves in providing top notch customer serviceThis customer refused service calls to address the issue with her phone serviceWithout the customer's cooperation, it is difficult to resolve service issuesIn the time she was a customer, there
were no service calls run at the service addressThe balance of $is legitimate because she never requested a disconnect of the service and let the account slip into default until it was disconnected for lack of paymentHowever, we will remove the $charge and stop all collection efforts. Lastly, we checked the phone number in question and found that we don't own this number and are not holding it hostage nor is there a legal way to do soThe number phone belongs to Bellsouth/AT&TShould the customer wish to use this number she will need to contact AT&T directlydays after a disconnect, for any reason, on any ported number, by any phone provider, the phone number will revert back to the original phone provider where the number originated from.Sincerely,*** ** ***Regional VP/GM - SouthNewwave Communications
