Good evening I am currently out of the office on medical leaveto weeks but I felt the need to respond to this email.But that violation will not be lifted from Ms***She does have a young man staying there and that is part of a lease violationThe young man also has some of his friends
overThe reason we know the tenants are smoking weed is because it goes thru the a/c vents Ms*** sent a complaint to you but called and apologized to my assistant yesterday 2/22/and ask her if she can also tell me she apologize for calling the office and speaking to me in the manner that she didCan you tell me how do you handle situations like that?Ms*** signed a lease with her and kids on itShe also called housing on herselfAll 1st violations are not reportedIt is discussed in the office or over the phone between me and the client

I am rejecting this response because:id#GOODMORNING I JUST GOT A UPDATE ABOUT THE INFORMATION ON TIMBERLAKE COURT APARTMENTS THE STATEMENT ABOUT TENANTS ITS ONLY ME MEANING TENANTI HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING A DRUG TEST FIRST SHE STATED UNKNOWNPERSON IN UNIT NOW SAYING I HAVE A YOUNG MAN IN UNITHE HAVE NO BILLS OR STATEMENT COMING TO MY HOUSE HIS ADDRESS IS ORANGE TEXASNO WHERE IT STATES NOBODY CANT BE AT MY APARTMENT WHEN IM WORKING ON MY LEASETALK WITH THE LADY UPSTAIRS SHE HAVE APOLOGIZE ABOUT ME SMOKING WEED I KEPT TELLING HER IT WAS NOT ME, AND YES I DID CALL MY CASE WORKING BECAUSE MANNER NOT STATING FACTS SHE GOING OFF WHAT SHE SEE AND SHE SAID HE LEAVE IN MY UNIT SHES NOT IN MY APARTMENT TO JUST SEE MY KIDS AND I AFTER 5PMI DID CALL TO TALK TO MANNER ON 2/24/FRIDAY BECAUSE AS A WOMAN I KNOW THE FIRST DOCUMENT I SENT WAS ALL TRUE BUT I DID NOT APOLOGIZED BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING OFF ON ME HOUSING COWORKER SAID JUST TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM EVEN IF YOU KNOW YOUR NOT WRONGTHATS WHY I MADE THAT CALL
I DONT WANT THIS VIOLATION BECAUSE WHAT SHE SAYING SHE SAW A YOUNG MAN AND FRIENDS GO IN MY APARTMENT WHICH MEAN SHE KNOW THEY OR HE STAYING AT MY UNIT WHEN SHE ASK ME I TOLD HER MY KIDS AND I LEAVE AT MY UNIT AND WE NEVER HERE I WORK TO 4:PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY SO SHE NEVER SEE US AT ALLTHE ONLY TIME MY KIDS FATHER COME AROUND WHEN THEY SICK AND I NEED A BABYSITTER SO THATS THE REASON I GET A VIOLATIONS WHEN I NEED HELP WITH MY KIDS

I am rejecting this response because:Mrs.[redacted] is very rude we have made several complaints to them since we moved into the apt .The first complaint was about the air which is still broken and also about the hole in the ceiling with the black  coming out of it ,just like we complained also about the floor being soaking wet that’s not the first time that has happened and was brought to her attention.Mrs. [redacted] also knew that my little sister [redacted] would be staying there because [redacted] is the one who went up there to speak with [redacted] at the beginning of September  of 2017 not only that but [redacted] was also the one that brought the money order up there on September the 14 of 2017 to the apartment complex and [redacted] asked my sister why the apartment couldn’t be in her name [redacted] explained that to mrs [redacted] and she still pushed it through the process to get approved for the apartment, and to respond to her asking how do we know it’s mold instead of mildew ? It’s still a unfit living condition because mildew turns into mold when the problem goes unsolved you can tell that is mold it’s a smell when you open the door .

I will not uplift the violation. At Timberlake Courts you are responsible for your guest. Meaning of you're there or not. If I have to pull the neighbors I will along with the conversation Ms. [redacted] boyfriend has had with them. I will not go back and forth with Ms. [redacted] about this matter at this time I am home on medical leave and don't know when I will be returning back to the property. All tenants should think about the

Good evening, I am aware of this complaint and as for rude I speak to others as they speak to me. We do maintenance issues in the order that they are receive. I apologize but I don't dance by the beat of Mrs. [redacted] drum whom does not live in the apartment nor in this complex. It is told that...

Mrs. [redacted] sister [redacted] lives there. Mrs. [redacted] lives in Port Arthur, TX.  And when I went by there last week to look at the complaint myself [redacted] is who answered the door. As I inspected the unit the floor was totally dry. Can Mrs. [redacted] prove that it is mold and not mildew? Probably not.However, Mrs. [redacted] and/or her sister need to stop falsifying information to get and apartment. It was Mrs. [redacted] ID, Social security card and her proof of income used to get the apartment. Eviction process will begin 1/31/18. Thanking you in advance, [redacted]
