Review: On May 3, 2016 We checked into the Timberlake Motel and they told us they were running specials. The room we stayed in was 161. It had Rat droppings and bugs in the bed. The bathroom was dirty. I had to have someone pick us up from the Motel bc: the tv didn't work No internet and they dirtiness of the room.

When I called the front desk after eating dinner they said oh that room shouldn't have been rented it's under construction. I asked for a refund and they said "NO"!

Called the manager this AM and he said "NO" I feel this is poor management and I feel I'm due my room deposit and room charge.Desired Settlement: I believe they should refund all my money!

I am writing in reference to a complaint, [redacted]. The guest complained about the room and wanted a refund. [redacted], called to complain about the room. They checked in and after staying in the room for 8-9 hours they complained. The front desk clerk went and checked the room and the guest had not only left it at a mess, they also made a hole in the wall. This room was painted, new bed and electric was all completed2 days prior to them checking-in. They were actually the first guest in that room. Prior to renting it back out, we the management, Head Housekeeper and daily housekeeper checked the room. This is a standard we have. The complaining of the T.V which is brand new and not working does not comply to what they are stating. My desk clerk checked it and it turned on and all channels were coming on.The bed, as I stated is new, new linens and bedding. We even provide a cover for each mattress set. we are currently painting and updating our rooms. So the front desk has unit has a maintenance sign which lets staff know that we are working on something, but the room was ready to go for rent 2 days before that.We are glad to give a refund after 10-30 min of checking-in,but after8-9 hours and using the room fully, we do not. If there was anything wrong in the room, desk clerks will check, fix if can and we move guest. They did call the next day and was threatening the establishment with slandering our name in various sites and I did mention to them, I saw the room as well the next day and for someone to use the room fully and then complain does not make sense. Plus, the rate was not $110.00, it was $59.00.We proud our self on our customer service and we have many reviews that shows that. We would never rent a room that was un-rentable, and we do our best to accommodate guest, but after that long period of time and then to complain about TV and bed does not comply.
