Review: Jan 2008, Timberlake's tech switched out my oxygen concentrator for a new one. He stated, just as my rental of my BiPAP machine from Timberlake reverted to ownership after 5 years, the same would be true of this equipment. At that time, Timberlake filed a Notification Memo with [redacted]), my medical insurance company. After about 5 years (2013), there was a period of time when I was no longer billed and was no longer contacted by TImberlake for annual maintenance. Probably around the time Timberlake was put under the umbrella of [redacted], billing resumed, but annual maintenance was not. 5 June 2015, I contacted your billing department via phone ([redacted]), and left a voice mail briefly explaining my ownership meant I didnt owe you any money. I left my phone number to call back if questions or issues. . . . I never received a call back.7 July 2015, a man without advance notice from Timberlake/[redacted] rang my door bell to service my oxygen concentrator!?! I was shocked and explained his records should show I own the machine and since I did own it, he didnt have to service it. I asked why he was there; he just shrugged, made some notes and left without entering my house.That same day, I again called your billing department and explained my ownership again.The young man I spoke with, put me on hold for awhile to speak with his manager. When he returned from hold, he asked to call me back and we verified your records showed my correct home phone number. . . . I never received a call back.However I continue to receive your bill for $1020 for rental of equipment I've owned since 2013, according to Timberlakes own policy. STOP BILLING ME! In fact, REIMBURSE me. I've reviewed my records and found Ive overpaid you $419.43. My dates and payments: 2/21/2013 $20.55, 9/3/2013 $82.05, 1/21/2014 $31.05, 4/15/2013 $40.17, 11/25/2013 $186.30, 5/12/2014 $53.32, 7/7/2014 $5.99.Since Jan 2014, [redacted] has also overpaid you $3,792. Per the Internet, this machine costs ~$1500.Desired Settlement: 1) Stop billing me for Oxygen Concentrator/E Backup System. 2) Acknowledge my ownership of Oxygen Concentrator/E Backup System. 3) Reimburse me $419.43.

Review: My wife was in the hospital while out of state with a life threatening emergency. She required the use of a walker, which was given to us at the hospital once we were discharged. We have been receiving a bill for the walker since around August from this company. I have contacted the 13 times since August. No one has ever answered the phone except, for once in December. Each time I called I left a voice mail with specific instructions of how to contact me. My intent was to get them directed to my insurance company, who is wanting to take care of this bill. My case worker at my insurance company has contacted them numerous times as well. When I spoke to a gentleman in December I gave him the contact information for my case worker so that he could contact her and get an insurance form of some sort that would allow them to be paid for the walker. He said he would do so. Speaking with her on January 28th, 2016, she has not once received any type of communication from this company. I have done my best to take care of this situation so that this bill does not get sent to collections and put a mark on my credit report. They are completely ignoring my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I just want them to contact either me or my insurance company and let themselves be paid for the bill that they continue to issue me by my insurance company.

I will also review expectations of returning phone calls timely with clients and develop a process with our billing partners so this does not happen again.[redacted]
