Slow response after card fraud
Was at a Home Depot and someone got my debit card info, and then was able to empty my account.
When I found out and called the bank they transferred me several times over an hour, and I then went to the branch the account was out of.
I had to start another account, with money out of my pocket because they refused to refund the money that was scammed from the account.
Now they are doing an investigation and continuing to withhold my money until they finish and decide I'm not a thief.
In the meantime I can't buy gas for work, food, or pay bills.
In addition they want to charge me for new checks.
The bank policy for fraud victims make you a victim all over again, in addition to having to change every password, change all your accounts, and loose days in the process.
They don't care about you as a customer.
Stay away from Timberland Bank.
I am now left to probably sell something I don't want to sell or pawn in order to buy food and gas to get to work.
Thank you Timberland Bank, for NOTHING!
I'll edit this review when they finally do the right thing and return the money they helped someone steal.
