I am rejecting this response because: first of all I never recived any letters regarding pets as you statedThe only letter we have recived is from you stating we had to move outSecond of all I tryed talking to you however you chose to ignore me..third of all we lived in the building for years with the same pets and they were mentioned each time we renewd the leasewe never hid them to start out withAlso the cages are not small so they would be impossable to hide Not to mention you said there were other personal issues and you could not explain..also it is a discriminatiin there are multiple apartments with multiple animals and you are aware of themHowever it is against the Shakopee law to keep more then dogs anywhereThe people in the first floor also have several birds in inclusion of dogsHowever you chose to discriminate usAltho there were multiple letters for ESA provided..and there are no rules that state I cant have parakeets

When conducting routine inspection of the building our management staff had become aware of the large number of birds living in your apartment.  When going over all lease documentation since your move in, it was apparent that no animals had at anytime been listed on any documentation.  In...

regards to them being service animals no documentation was provided or made apparent.  On 5/23/17 we notified you in writing of the over occupancy of animals in the apartment home.  Included in this letter was a notice to come into compliance with your lease by 6/30/17.  After it was determined on 7/18/17 that the apartment was still not in compliance a 30 day notice to terminate vacancy was sent.  This was later extended to the 31 of August.    In regards to moving cost, this was a termination of residency due to a lease violation that after our best efforts continued to be unresolved.   I am unable to provide moving costs when a termination of residency is due to a lease violation.  If you would like to discuss this issue further we can continue our correspondence either through the Revdex.com or you are welcome to contact my office via email at [email protected].
