I apologize for your poor experience. It is always our expressed intent to do whatever we can to please our customers while minimizing any miscommunications or frustrations. I am giving you a full refund after speaking to you on the phone minus the difference of $60.00 that I gave to you on...
Saturday. The total refund today is $126.00. I apologize for the wait before issuing you the difference of the ticket prices on Saturday. I was working in the ticket window and wasn't notified in a timely manner. I will bring that to employee's attention. I am also sending you a certificate good for 2 All Day lift tickets and ski rentals that will not expire until March, 2017.
