These people are wolves in sheeps clothing. They care only about money. They sell you a bad car then man you pay a deductible for warranty...funny part, they own the warranty company. So you are simply giving them more money. Its a scam. Then after you pay everything they demand they turn car off. Be very very Leary of them. Remember they control your freedom of going places with the click of the mouse. Save your stress level and go somewhere else. Its a nightmare you will regret later!

Timberline Financial is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been trying to close my account for 3 weeks. They do not return calls, long wait times on hold, customer service is AWFUL. DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THEM..... you are better off dealing with credit card companies direct. They do not treat you like a customer and are just terrible to work with. I am still trying to get things resolved, but its near impossible when you never get a returned call or email.

I was duped into a debt relief program when I responded to a loan offer. My husband and I were promised that our credit would begin to repair itself after about 5 months. That was 10 months ago. We have since gotten a court summons and our credit rating is so low that now it seems bankruptcy makes the most sense. This company DOES NOT do what they say.

Extremely disrespectful company.
As one of my option to try to consolidate some of my credit card debt I called their company. After a few attempts to reach me, since I was on vacation, we finally got to talk and they offer me a kind of credit card modification that didn't fit my need. Nicely, I told them that was not an option that I was looking for and asked them to cancel my application. The representative ended up the call on a very rude and sarcastic way that I was in total shock, since they suppose to have a professional company. He says these exact words: OK, then, HAVE FUN PAYING YOUR CREDIT CARD DEBT FOR THE NEXT 36 YEARS .
I feel sorry for anyone who ever tried to negotiate with this company and got them to help with their debt.

I am glad I made the final decision to not do any business with them.
