Last week, the owner of this tree services contacted us to meet with him to review and discuss next stepsAs a result of our cordial meeting, Aug8th, he stated that he would contact us to schedule a time to provide a service to thin the canopy of the "heavier" side of the tree towards addressing my concerns about better balance of the treeBetter balance of the tree is needed as a result of the service that he provided on June when hired by our adjoining neighborOn June 23rd, the City Arborist noted that this was one *** that could be taken towards benefiting the long term health and stability of the treeIn other words, the tree was balanced before June The aesthetics of the tree have been altered significantly, irreversible! We ended our meeting with a mutual agreement that we would move vehicles to allow his service to proceed at a date and time that allows one of us to be present during the workThe owner noted that he would contact us furtherTo date, Aug12, we are awaiting his call back with his availabilityWe stated our availability to him, letting him know that Tuesdays do not work for us though all other days usually are fineActually, as Wednesday is garbage pickup date, we plan to update him that it would be best he avoid Wednesday mornings, too, when he contacts us

*** *** had committed that Timberline Tree Service would arrive on Monday, August 16th to provide a light tree trimming of the taller tips of the branches on the heavier side of the Heritage Oak TreeMy husband did not get responses when he followed up that morning about the "no show"However, the good news, their service did show up yesterday, Tuesday, August 18th and completed "this repair work"*** *** had sent an email response on my request to state that this service was provided to us towards better balance and to support the tree's longevity
We are glad to update that we were both impressed with ***'s cooperation towards one act of care to remedy a situation that has been otherwise unpleasantWe are both aligned on recognizing *** for his due diligence in spite of our differing beliefsIt is in his best interest to avoid the pattern of "no shows"Given his attention to our concerns and follow through, we feel that *** should retain his ratings as he took the high road
