February 13, Revdex.com South River Ridge Circle Burnsville, Minnesota Re: Virginia Short, Id # [redacted] Dear Mrs [redacted] ; Our records indicate M/M Short purchased a membership to our resort in October That the membership agreement is an industry standard agreementThat on February 2, they contacted our office requesting cancellation of the agreementThat on February 3, we responded providing several option in which to cancelThat the prepayment and guaranteed resale options are not provisions of the agreement but was offered in good faith in order to accommodate their request to cancel the agreementThat additional options were also provided including, but not limited to, advertising the membership on their own using a variety of recommended media methods such as Craigs List, Ebay, RV periodicals and local newspaper classified advertisements or including the membership when selling their recreational vehicleWe provided all the information and methods successfully used by other members in the pastThat some of these advertising methods can be done with little or no cost to the memberAlso they were notified at the time that we take cancellation requests on a case by case basisThat if their case involved a material change in circumstance or hardship to provide us with an explanation and supporting documentation that would support these claimsWe would like to know of these options which ones have they pursued?
