I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The check they sent was an exact replica of the initial check that was sent to me. I had informed the company from day one of receiving my first check that the information was incorrect. I also called and talked to Timber Point more than times in regards to the issue never being resolved. I am unsure why she was only informed just prior to the check being resent. However, the check still has the incorrect amount as I have still been charged a fee and an extra day for November when I was not in that residence and submitted all of my paperwork/keys by October 31st, 2014. It also still has my cousin listed and he SHOULD NOT be part of the check and submitted the paperwork that he left the facility 1-months prior to my leaving. I also have no way of cashing the check that has been sent as my cousin and I do not live in the same area and the check that has been sent to me requires a signature by both of us and that both of us be present at the bank at the time the check is cashedIf the complaint was in fact received by the company prior to the new check, I do not feel they actually read the complaint as all they did was send a copy of the original check
