Response to customer 1. We sold the bldg9/1/2. We delivered the bldg9/21/(or before-partial) 3. We did forget the sky lite panels and we ordered them immediately
4. The bldgwas erected within days of sale 5. The door could have been ordered sooner but I asked *** *** if he was concreting his bldgbecause the type door he was getting should be installed afterwards, and he agreed6. We went out 3-times to put sky lites up but since roof can’t be wet when we get on it, we were unable to do. We also wanted him to meet us to show us where he wanted them and they waited hrs and never showed. We installed them, once everyone hooked up7. *** *** cancelled his spouting because he wanted a different color than we provide 8. *** *** cancelled his door for the same reason 9. The door was $1,And was already in special order. I had to pay for the door hoping to use it somewhere else 10. *** *** never mentioned frosted sky lites 11. *** *** was refunded for the spouting as he requested. $2,Final draw was kept by him, $1,Was for the door, $Was applied and $Ck was sent for the difference12. There was never mention of a steel frame entry door. We’ve never done that, steel doors with wood frames are all we provideIn re: Communication on the jobAfter we initially completed the barn for him, I was called by the *** *** and told that the liver transplant I’d been waiting on for a year, was a go. I had to be there within an hr. and for the last 6-weeks I’ve been involved in a life/death situation. My people have been doing their best and we apologize for any inconvenience but I don’t feel that reporting us to the state is fair in this situation. I was in the emergency room all day yesterday being treated for an infection. I will be glad to offer medical proof of all of this
