prior to vacating the apartment. Per Mr. [redacted] lease contract with Timberwood Apartments, he needed to give a 30 day written notice to vacate prior to vacating the apartment. Mr. [redacted] did not turn in a 30 written notice to vacate. Mr. [redacted] stated that he did not need to turn in a notice to vacate, because he was on month to month. Residents are still required to give a 30 day written notice to vacate when they are on month to month.  Mr. [redacted] never reported any mold issues to the Timberwood office.  We charged [redacted] the reletting fee, carpet cleaning, apartment cleaning, and a charge for trash out.
