This customer was given the price prior to the work being done and it was authorized by them with the exception of the power steering pump which was necessary. We tried to accommodate them as much as possible. We stored their camper here at no charge to them. They were told the
transmission had a one year warranty. We would have been happy to check into any problems and address them within that one year period. We were completely unaware of any additional problems until now
