To whom it may concern:I am writing in regards to the case involving *** *** *** *** dropped her vehicle off complaining of a noiseWe had a factory trained technician diagnose the noiseHe was unsure of exactly what the customer was concerned aboutHe heard multiple noises and
recommended a couple repairs based on the information he was givenThe vehicle was over ten years old and had multiple slight noisesThe customer was not here to listen to the vehicle with us so we diagnosed it the best we could with the info we were givenWe charged the customer the basic hour diagnosis fee and they picked up their vehicle, paid their bill, and leftAfter the husband repaired the noises that we diagnosed their "noise" was still presentAt that point they gave us a bad review on ***kSeeing the bad review I then called the customer to see what exactly happened*** *** explained the situation to me and I asked him to come back over so I could see the scratches and re-diagnose the noise with him present free of chargeHe did so and *** *** and our technician determined that the Equinox will need a new engine in the near futureWe also agreed to purchase them a bottle of touch up paint to repair the scratches*** * *** *** were satisfied when they left here and changed the review on *** to a five starI assume she sent this letter in before our interactionIf there are any further questions regarding this situation feel free to email me at *** ** *** ** ** ***Sincerely,*** ***General ManagerTimbrook Chevrolet
