Enclosed are all repair orders for [redacted] & [redacted] with explanations on each. 1.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 236 03/18/2015: Customer requested West Virginia State Inspection. 2.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 8,784 01/07/2016 Accident Claim: Timbrook Ford...

checked for accident damages. Nationwide Insurance Company wrote and approved the repairs that were listed on their report, damages totaled $2,662.22. At that time Nationwide Insurance instructed Timbrook Ford to repair as per their written estimate, which was completed in our repair facility. 3.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 9,292 01/21/2016: Customer requested oil change, brake inspection, tire inspection, and battery inspection. 4.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 12,137 04/05/2016: Customer requested West Virginia State Inspection. 5.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 15,950 07/26/2016: Customer requested oil change and multi point inspection. 6.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 21,260 12/08/2016: Customer requested oil change and tire rotation. Timbrook Ford informed the customer on 12/08/2016 that both front and rear passenger side tires needed to be replaced and perform an alignment on the vehicle. Customer declined the service recommended by Timbrook Ford. 7.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 21,572 12/14/2016: Customer requested four wheel alignment. Timbrook Ford stated to the customer at the time of service that the cords on the tires were showing. Customer declined the recommendation of our service department. 8.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 26,736 05/15/2017: Customer requested oil change and West Virginia State Inspection. At that time Timbrook Ford failed to pass the vehicle West Virginia Inspection due to excessive tire wear. Customer declined Timbrook Ford's recommendation to replace the tires. 9.   Repair Order [redacted] Mileage 26,871 05/19/2017: Customer returned to Timbrook Ford for West Virginia State re-inspection. After having the tires replaced and installed at another repair facility, the vehicle passed West Virginia State inspection requirements. As the documents show Timbrook Ford did all repairs as requested by the customer and the work that was approved by Nationwide Insurance Company. Timbrook Ford notes that the tires replaced by another repair facility should have had an all-wheel alignment performed on the vehicle after the new tires were installed to prevent future tire wear. I hope this answers any concerns with services performed at Timbrook Ford.

Truck should have has alignment doe after accident they told me they did where is that? They lied. Replaced 2 tires at time of accident repair. Those are the 2 tires that wires came through. They got paid to do all repairs which included alignment.  They just messed over me because I'm a woman. I will contact insurance and let them know they paid for repairs not done.
