We were able to get you setup with a replacement clip for your one bag. Please check your email for the full repair process, getting that setup. We do...

have a store in Chicago, where once the repair is setup online, can accept the bag to be repaired, and ship it to our repair team here in San Francisco, or the bag can be sent our way via normal shipping methods.

show any other pending holds for this order. We would typically see multiple pending holds if you had problems with your billing address matching your credit card statements. All pending charges expire after 3-5 business days in the US.

I am sorry to hear your Copilot that there is some breakage in the frame.
Sadly,...

this does not fall under our warranty which covers manufactures defects like stitching coming undone; and is considered accidental damage caused by external forces. If the Copilot was damaged while a bag was checked, the airlines are responsible for damage they caused. Because the frame is integrated into the bag, we do not offer any replacement parts/pieces that would hep with this type of damage.
If something else happens to the bag such as a torn seam or ripped strap, something related to the manufacturing of the bag, let us know. We have your back!
