I am rejecting this response because: The mechanism at the top where the mesh rolls out of was bent inward shredding the mesh at the top when door was pulled in and out. Again, after re-installing the door in the spring of by an employee of Timco the top of the mesh shredded within weeks and the technician that came out the second time installed a new screen. Unfortunately he did not see that the top was bent inward therefore the next mesh also shredded. We pulled out the portion that was bend inward but unfortunately it was too late to save the mesh from shredding. This was a manufactures defect since the door frame was bend inward when it was reinstalled. A technician can clearly see the piece that was bend inward was shredding the mesh since there's a portion of screen stuck in it. There was nothing wrong with this door when it was removed but since there was a hole by the handle we opted to have the mesh replaced when they removed the door in the fall of since our building was being remodeled. Please have Timco send out a representative at no cost to me so that they can see why the mesh was shredding. I understand the mesh is not covered by their warranty but when the door frame is causing the mesh to shred it should be a covered repair. Thank you for your help in this matter
