Review: I placed an order for an item, paid in full through Paypal, on January 11. I received a confirmation email, but no tracking number. On February 7 I sent an email asking for the status of my order. No response. I sent another email on February 17 and received this response from [redacted]"You definately should have received this by now. I am looking into the problem. If you do not recieve it you will get a full refund. Sorry for the inconvenience."I then simply requested an immediate refund since it was too late to receive the item (it was supposed to be a gift) and I have not heard from them since, despite sending several emails demanding they take action on the issue.As of this writing they have not responded nor honored my request for a refund.Desired Settlement: I would simply like a full refund for the item that I paid for yet did not receive.
