This situation was handled incorrectly and we have apologized to the customerThere was some internal miscommunication within the company about who looked at it, what material was actually needed and the correct processing of the paperwork from the salesman to the general managerOnce everything was sorted out on our end, we sent a crew out to complete the repair workThere are no excuses for this and the cause was poor communication not only internally, but to the customer as wellThe general manager personally went out to complete the repair work and to make sure that evyerhing was handled correctly
