I purchased a used vehicle from this business The owner, Moe, promised to fix an issue woth the door When I followed up with him, he completely changed his story Additiona I found out that's he sprayed various components with wd-to hide the fact that they are worn He also took the spare tire jack out of the car and refused to return itTold me "as is", but it was there when I initial inspected the car
Also, l when I purchased the carHe was suppose to have charged my all the fees When I called him a few days later he said I have to pay for registration
I bought a Bmw X car from them the car had a check engine light on I wasnt going to buy the car if it had some kind of problemthey reassured me there was not problem it was a sensor when I brought it to my mechanic he said there was a problem with the coil packs I replaced them allI had to change the belts with timing belt and I had to do over $3,worth of work on the car since I had so much money in to the car already I called the dealer and told them there was a problem they stated I didnt buy a car from themI said yes I did and all you gave me was the titlewhere is my paperworkthey have no paperwork on my car and never reported the sale to the statehe tryed to say I bought the car over six months ago all they are doing is waisting my timeI told them I bought the car two months ago and how are we fixing the problem of it costing me five thousand dollars for a motor the owner stated he dont even think I bought my car thereI believe they have commited
I financed a vehicle with Moose Motors on November 16,On November 20, the check engine light came on, I scheduled the car to be inspected that Friday November 24, However on November 22nd the car shut off and would not turn on in which I had to get it towed to a dealerWhen at the dealer they did the diagnostic and found that the car had many issues and required a new engineI took the car back to Moose Motors and they claimed it was just the alternatorThey took the car for week and called me saying the issue was resolvedI picked up the car and upon the first ten miles of driving it the check engine light came back onI called the Moose Motors again and they said the sensor needed to be reset upon which I took the car back to themThey kept the car for another weekThey called and said the car was ready, driving back home the check engine light came back onIn the days I have had the car I have only been able to drive it for days
