Placed 2 unaurthorized inquiries on my credit report and continously blew me off and treated me rudely when I sought them to correct it.I checked my credit report and discovered that I had 3 inquiries all in the same month. I go online and file a dispute. The inquiries were validated so I contact the company because I only authorized my credit report to be pulled once, not 3 times. Well I call on Friday and was told that someone would get back with me by Monday. I didn't hear from anyone on Monday so I called about 15 minutes before the office closed. Was told that the manager was out of the office and would get back to me on Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told that the manager was out of the office and Was due to return around 4:55pm. I called back at 5:00pm and was told that no one had time to talk to me because they were crunching numbers. I asked when would someone be able to get to my issue because it was frustrating getting blown off the way they were doing. One of the receptionists rudely let me know that she was only delivering a message and I could call her back tomorrow and hung up on me!! I immediately called back and demanded to speak to [redacted], the manager and was told she didn't have time to deal with me because they were crunching numbers. So... I call back the next day and someone picked up the phone and hung it up. (Caller ID I guess) I called straight back and was forwarded to the corporate company in Greenville. I ended up speaking with the supervisor [redacted] whom I hope is working on my problem. I let him know how I was treated by the Rocky Mount office and Was told he would take care of it. Throughout this whole ordeal of leaving messages and being lied to saying someone would call me back and never did I strongly feel that I was treated very rudely and unprofessional. All I wanted was for someone to correct my credit report and removed the inquiries that I never authorized.Desired SettlementI want the two unauthorized inquiries removed from my credit reportBusiness Response Ms. [redacted] contacted me about this issue. I could find no record of us having inquired on her credit on the contested 4/14/15 and 4/15/15 dates. But when she provided me with a copy of the report it clearly showed that she was correct. We requested and received from Equifax the proper forms to have this removed. These were emailed to Equifax 3/11/16. We will followup to make sure the inquiries have been deleted. I have emailed and spoken with Ms. [redacted] a few times in the last week. I will continue to keep her up to date on the situation until it is completely resolved.

Signed a contract for a loan then a couple of hours later, got a phone call saying I had to pay 10% down. Went through this loan company to get a $4000 loan, signed the paperwork and all that was needed was a bill of sale and everything would be done. Less than an hour of leaving I recieved a phone call stating I needed to bring in my proof of residency, 10% down for the loan, and I had to get my motorcycle license. None of that was disclosed to me til after the fact. I also got no copy of the contract and when I called back, one of the employees stated the reason I wasn't told about the 10% because he had to ask the manager. In my opinion, that's something that should've been asked before I signed the contract. I would never refer these people to anyone.Desired SettlementThe points taken off my credit report from my credit being ran from the credit report. Business Response The terms of the approval were modified after the initial application was entered and before the actual contract was signed and purchased by our company. This change occurred because of additional information that surfaced during the application processing. Specifically , it was learned that the motorcycle was being purchased for an unrelated third party and that the original applicant did not possess a license to drive the motorcycle and did not plan to make use of our security herself. If she had disclosed that on the initial application then things would have been done differently from the onset. Secondly, we pull [redacted] credit reports. We have sent a request to them to delete this inquiry but they will not notify us when an individual's credit report is modified, even if we put in the request. They generally take at least thirty days to change things and she will have to follow up to see that they have done so. We will cooperate in any way that we can to see that the inquiry is deleted.Consumer Response Though I appreciate the request for the inquiry to be taken off my credit report, the fact of the matter is this is still not the whole truth. Myself and the third party sat right in front of the man who did the contract and told him I was not going to be the rider, therefore the discussion of the 10% down and the motorcycle license should have been brought up then, not an hour after I had left. The contract was already signed when this was brought to my attention. I will never recommend this company to anyone because I don't feel the business has everything together like they should. Stating that they had to talk to the manager after the contract was signed doesn't sound too good to anyone, especially to the person who signed it. Final Business Response Ms [redacted] visited our office on Monday July 25th. During the time that she was there the branch manager was at lunch. When he returned and was made aware of the 3rd party issue it was then that he modified the acceptable terms of the contract. Additionally, during the time that Ms [redacted] was in the office only some of the preliminary paperwork was completed. We were unable to do the actual legally binding contract because we had yet to receive the prerequisite bill of sale from the motorcycle dealer. Some of the preliminary paperwork was done to hopefully speed up the process of completing everything the following day. It was done as a convenience to the customer. Once again our records and investigation into this matter show that the contract was NOT YET COMPLETED OR SIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER. If Ms [redacted] can provide us with a copy of the contract she signed that day we will absolutely live up to the terms of that agreement but it must be the contract and not some of the preliminary non-contractual paperwork. Secondly, the manager has sole authority to make changes in approval terms. When he returned from lunch he did that immediately upon learning that this motorcycle was being purchased for an unrelated 3rd party and was not going to be used by Ms [redacted]. We regret having to change the terms of the approval but it was done a quickly as possible after we were provided full disclosure by Ms [redacted].
