This place is a complete bait and switch scam. The samples they have at the showroom are higher quality and when you actually get the items, they are cheaper knockoffs. The cabinets they have on the showroom do not have numbers associatwd to the product so when you complain they will just deny you picked the nice ones and say you picked the cheaper ones. Also the stones on display have the wrong color code on them, you think you are choosing the color you want but when you get it, it's a different color. When you complain they will just say they asked you to review the order before they placed it and take away the sample stone with the wrong number and say you made a mistake when you order. Save yourself the time and money and go to a legitimate place like [redacted].

Review: I purchased a large amount of flooring from this company (over $3000). The sales person, [redacted], told my wife and myself that the flooring was Brazilian Black Walnut. We ordered the flooring and paid a deposit ($1000). The sales invoice stated 'Black Walnut'.

When the flooring was delivered, the box said it was Tasmanian Mahogany with a walnut color. This is cheaper wood than real walnut and not what we thought we had ordered.

I called [redacted] to say this was not what we were led to believe during the sales presentation and not what was stated on the invoice. He said the product was the same as the sample we saw in the store, which was correct, but wouldn't explain why he told us it was Brazilian walnut, when it is not.

As we were worried about losing the deposit had we not taken the delivery, we paid the remaining balance and accepted the order. But we will never do business with this company again and feel they lied to us.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to be honest with customers.

In our case, we were going to order a kitchen and expensive countertops, but will go somewhere else.
