This organization is horrible and unprofessional. Would not recommend their services to anyone. My regular walker left the company and I was assigned a new walker. The owner, Christina, showed up to introduce the new walker to my dog. After several attempts to get the walking harness on my dog she became uncooperative. The owner Christina, picked up a bottle of Windex and sprayed my dog with it. During my conversation with her she reported to me this is a common technique she uses to control dogs when they are agitated.
Prior to my talk with Christina, I was sent an email from the receptionist reporting that my dog bit the new walker but did not break skin. In my later conversation with Christina, I informed her that I was writing a negative review and she called Animal Control nine days later and reported that my dog bit her walker and broke skin. Animal Control showed up to speak to me regarding the incident. After seeing the email that her receptionist sent out they disregarded her complaint of a dog bite.
There are far to many dog walking services in Arlington one should consider. Stay clear and keep your pet safe.
