***When shipping we use the reference ID to identify the item the customer selected*** manages its own listings and creates the ads for the seller and connect them to the sellers systems using the UPC numberWe have checked our information and the UPC number on this listing was correct but for whatever reason *** still listed the item incorrectlyWe have pulled the listing down and contacting *** about the error in hopes that their technical support team can resolve the matter

Review: I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from Time For Watches on 11/**/12. I noticed when I received my watch it was in the original watch container but the warranty card was removed. I didn't think anything of it at the time but recently my watch needed to have some warranty work performed on it. When I contacted Tag Heuer they told me that I needed the warranty card in order to have them perform the warranty service for me. When I contacted Time For Watches to ask about the warranty card they told me they are only a "third party reseller" of this watch and it does not come with the manufacturer warranty. There is nothing on their website that states that their watches do not come with the full manufacturer warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund to me the cost of the warranty repair with Tag Heuer.

I odered Time for Watch's watch, which is Tissot Men's Couturier T035.407.16.051 Black Leather Swiss Automatic Watch with Black Dial Brand New, on Aug.** at [redacted] by [redacted], which order number is [redacted] But, on Aug.**, I received a watch which is T035.617.16.051. After several times and days, the company told me they do not have the right watch.

Thank you!Desired Settlement: Because the company made mistake, the company should be response for the mistake. I agree two ways:

One, the company compensates $120 dollars to me by VISA for the different price between the right watch and the wrong one;

two, the first ten-day period of next month I will go to New York, I exchange the right watch in the company by the wrong one.

Review: This company advertised a watch that I purchased 1/**/2015. My credit card immediately went through and payment was posted. For 2 weeks the product would not ship and the the business would not answer calls or return emails. When I finally got a hold of them, I was told they did not have the watch and it would not be avaialbe until sometime in March. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and was told it was refunded. It was not, and I asked them again and I'm still waiting for the refund. I've opened up a case with my bank to dispute the charge.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money. If they don't I'll work it out with my bank. My desired outcome is that this business is shut down because I've read similar reviews online of people having the same issues. They don't seem to practice ethical business.

Review: I ordered a watch January [redacted] and never received it due to them saying invalid address. I contacted the USPS and they told me my address was correct. I contact time for watched and gave them my address PERSONALLY through email and they reshipped it and I have NOT received it still. It has been over a month and I am not happy at all and will not be ordering online again due to this experience with them. I need my watch it was suppose to arrive the latest of January [redacted]..it is February [redacted]...Desired Settlement: I just want my watch now. I'm never rude in this kind of matter, but this is ridiculous and I'm tired of waiting.

Review: I placed an order online with time for watches on 2/*, 298.95 dollars was also deducted from my account on 2/** Today is 2/**; I still have not received a confirmation email stating the watch has been shipped. I sent an email on 2/*, which still has gone unanswered. I called several times and I continue to get a message stating the inbox is full. I was able to reach someone on 2/* who stated my order is still being processed and he would expedite it. The order still hasn’t been shipped and I have tried to call several times, and the inbox is still full. I do not feel comfortable doing business with a company that does not answer their phone or respond to emails.Desired Settlement: I no longer wish to do business with the company and I would like to have my order cancelled and a full refund to my credit card.
