Dont understand this restaurant poor customer service and poor food quality I keep going back thinking it will get better but it does not The restaurant was not very crowded and my husband asked for a specific booth and was told we could not sit there because the other waitress need to fill tables for her They seated us at a table with no silverware When we got our food we sat there for a few minutes to flag someone done for silverware but my husband got up and grabbed them from another table Two chopped steaks were cooked wrong and over cooked I kept mine but the waitress sent the other back to get another We were all done with our meals by the time he got his We sat there while he was eating alone The waitress was unfriendly did not seem interesting in her job and looked like she was made at the world We called when we got home and the manager was rude as well He did not apologized for a bad meal and a lousy evening with some friends out to dinner As I was explaining our evening dinner he said he had to hurry and get back on the floor...another rude comment When I said that is it? He offered us some coupons We are not interested in coupons...We just want our meal to go well and if there was a problem then why didn t *** the waitstaff in Brownwood tonight, January willing to helpShe did not even let the manager know which the manager said that is part of the policy when there is a problem
