Time Savers Universal

Time Savers Universal LLC installed a wood fence for me at my personal property. The fence was install incorrectly. Fence was install backwards, which caused me to have violated the community rules. The fence began separating and nails were coming loose after 2 months of being installed. Time Savers Universal LLC, blocked my number from there phone. Therefore, I was going straight to the voicemail. No one returned calls or text messages.

I had to hire a new contractor to fix the fence. It cost me an additional $950 to have the fence fixed and brought up to code.

I hired Time Savers Home Improvement LLC to remove and replace the tile in my shower and on my floor. After putting half of the project total down the work was started. During the demolition process the owner and his assistant destroyed my hardwood floors outside of my bathroom and throughout my living room. Once they finally started to replace the tile in the shower I saw that it was not going to turn out the way I wanted. I sent pictures of my concerns and was met with hostility. I was told that I had to give them time to complete more of the work and that I was looking at a raw product. The owner did agree that one wall was poorly done but reassured me that he could correct it. After allowing him to try to correct his mistakes and seeing the additional work that had been done, I asked him to take a break and to give me some time to have another set of professional eyes to take a look at the work being done because I was positive that this job was not being done correctly. My walls look like they are caving in. None of the tiles are properly lined up or cut. There is more grout and caulk on my walls then tile. The tile on the floor was also cut incorrectly. The spacing was off, misaligned and he did not attempt to match the pattern so the room looks like a circus. Additionally, he destroyed my brand new white vanity top. After asking for the work to be stopped the owner became belligerent and proceeded to insult me and my family. He also made threats against us. As he proceeded to exit my home he rubbed his dirty hands along a wall that he knew I had just had professionally painted in a very light grey color leaving large black marks on the wall. I have been left without a bathroom (not even a toilet) and my family is now displaced until I can find another contractor to come in and demo the mess that was made.

I hired Mr., Timesavers, LLC, to insulate and side my residence on June 26; 2019. Also to paint (two coats) my garage, which was only given one coat with seams of the concrete unpainted. I contacted Mr. in early November 2019 to let him know that two full pieces of siding had fallen off the house and would he come to reinstall them. I have had no response after seven messages up to Friday, March 6, 2020. I have had another contractor review Mr. work and he said “my nine year old son could have done a better job”. I was quoted $6,000. to reinstall the house properly. I am asking to be compensated for this new expense.
